What You'll Do:

Delivering an exceptional personalised service on our hamper desks Identifying customer profiles and recommending best products Using D365 to ship orders around the world Curating and completing the transactions of our hampers

What We're Looking For:

Experience in a fast-paced environment in a similar role/passion Brings genuine enthusiasm for fine food and drink, inspiring customers with recommendations that elevate their shopping experience. A friendly warm approach with great people skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends Outstanding communication skills
