Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate to join the dynamic Terminal 4 store. Responsible for delivering world-class service, the new team member will be passionate about Fortnum & Mason products and skilled at bringing them to life for each and every customer.
Reporting to the Floor Manager, the Sales Associate will provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that each interaction is special, and that departmental KPI's are reached through both individual excellence and teamwork.
This is a fixed term role till Jan 2027.
