What You'll Be Doing

Speaking with customers to promote energy products and services Explaining tariff options, offers and savings in a clear, friendly way Identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions You'll spend most of your day speaking with customers, presenting solutions, and closing deals that genuinely benefit them Accurately logging conversations and following up where needed Working to achievable daily and weekly targets - with full support from your team This is a sales role so you will be speaking with both existing and potential customers
This is about building trust and helping customers take control of rising energy costs.
