Job Description
We are seeking dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team. We represent some of the largest utility companies in the UK. As a Sales Associate, you will promote and sell their utility products and services, educate potential customers on the benefits of switching, and help drive the clean energy movement forward.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with prospective customers via in home visits. Educate customers about available energy plans, renewable options, and cost savings Generate leads through field activity, referrals, and networking Meet or exceed individual and team targets Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times
Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills No pervious experience needed, all training is provided Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team
