As a Trainee Sales Associate, you will represent Hades Group Ltd in a customer-facing role, offering tailored renewable energy solutions that help people save money and make a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential customers face-to-face to understand their energy needs Recommend appropriate renewable energy products and services Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through regular training Process customer information accurately and in line with company procedures Provide exceptional customer service and represent the brand professionally

What We're Looking For

No prior sales experience required - full training will be provided Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
