As Sales Associate, you will be an ambassador conveying the Brand\xe2\x80\x99s philosophy and values to clients. You will be responsible for maximizing sales performance by fostering the relationship with the customers and developing their brand loyalty, providing a unique experience in our store, and welcoming the client into the brand\xe2\x80\x99s world.

The Role:

• Welcoming and serving the customer, providing an excellent in-store experience.
• Maintaining and developing client relationships individually and leveraging CRM and digital tools.
• Proactively engaged in cross-selling with all departments and maximising sales opportunities.
• Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensuring you are up to date with fashion trends and competitors.
• Proven brand and product knowledge.
• Dealing effectively with customer complaints.
• Ensuring and maintaining the shop floor and visual display at a high standard and complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
• Contributing to a high level of security and attentive to prevent product thefts.

About You:

• Passionate about sales and developing relationships.
• Problem-solver, curious, and interested in luxury/fashion, art and design.
• Experience in building long-lasting relationships with clients.
• Able to work in a team as well as alone.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion and knowledge of the product category
• Fluent in spoken English, with additional language as a plus
