Sales Associate will be responsible for providing a personalized client experience, building strong client relationships, meeting and exceeding sales objectives.
Client and Business oriented
Represent Aquazzura as an Ambassador of the brand; Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients to satisfy their needs; Play an active role on the selling floor; Build up a loyal Clientele; Product knowledge and sensitive to competitor's trading activities.
Operations
Work within established guidelines, procedures, policies and standards of the Company; Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, improving and developing the business; Be able to correctly operate the retail systems (stock transfer, payments, customer data base, etc.); Attach price tags to merchandise on the shop floor; Be involved in the Stock management and Inventory; Report discrepancies and problems to the supervisor; Maintain merchandising standards.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years sales experience in fashion and luxury contexts; Dynamic, friendly and engaging personality; Must be customer-oriented; Action and Sales oriented; Excellent customer and service attitude; Strong communication skills; Luxury product knowledge; * Fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
