Sales Associate
Job Description
Actively engage and communicate with potential and existing customers to understand their needs and promote our products and services
Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and goals
Foster strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up
Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes and competitor activities
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact to final sale
Participate in sales training and daily huddles to stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales techniques
Qualifications:
No experience needed Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred not required Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation and persuasion skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong time management and organizational skills
