Job Description
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate products and services for their needs
Use persuasive sales techniques to close deals and meet sales targets
Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
Actively participate in events to drive sales
Contribute to team goals by achieving individual sales targets
Continuously strive to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Qualifications:
No experience needed - training is given Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail sales role is preferred not required Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong customer service and sales skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
