Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide personalised guidance to help them find products that meet their needs. Maintain elevated boutique standards and keep displays that enhance the luxury shopping experience. Employ strategic upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. Till function and operations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and discreetly. Stay informed of current trends and services to provide clients with accurate and relevant information. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and uphold the boutique's high standards. Ensure compliance with company policies regarding phone etiquette and customer interactions.

Skills and Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is highly desirable (multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply). Strong organisational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, luxury retail environment. Experience in Merchandise is an advantage, with a keen eye for detail and presentation. Ability to engage customers with poise, using effective upselling techniques while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanour.
