Key Responsibilities:

Building solid relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our services can meet those needs. Driving revenue by meeting and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis. Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed for achieving the overall business objectives. Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date with the evolving market trends. Handling customer inquiries professionally and converting potential leads into customers. Maintaining a significant customer satisfaction rate by providing excellent customer service and resolving customer queries promptly and efficiently. Collaborating with the sales team and management to build sales strategies that grow market share and brand's reputation.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry is preferred not required. Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A strong sense of commitment, a drive to succeed and excellent customer handling skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions.
