Job Description
An integral member of the sales team at 0.0 Associates LTD, the Sales Associate contributes to the overall business performance through the facilitation of product sales, enhancement of customer satisfaction, and achievement of set sales goals. This position is highly interactive and requires a charismatic and customer-focused individual with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maximize sales and deliver excellent customer service to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance, and recommending new opportunities. Prepare sales reports, analyze trends, and suggest new strategies for improving sales performance. Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and understand the market condition.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Associate, Sales Representative, or similar role in the retail industry is preferred not required. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Must have an understanding of the sales process and dynamics. Strong negotiation and selling skills with a customer service focus.
