direct learners (D2C)
. This role requires excellent communication skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to build strong relationships with prospective learners and organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and build relationships with potential B2B and D2C clients.
Promote and sell Open Academy courses through calls, emails, virtual meetings, and networking.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client communications in CRM systems.
Provide excellent customer support by guiding clients through course offerings, pricing, and enrollment processes.
Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.
Requirements
Previous experience in
sales, business development, or client relations
(preferably in the education/training sector).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Comfortable with B2B and B2C sales approaches.
Tech-savvy and able to use CRM tools, email platforms, and online communication tools.
Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
