You would be working for a company that is

currently a market leader in the

luxury decor industry

in the UK but has a strong startup mentality.

You would work

Mon to Fri, from 8 am to 5 pm in NW11 London.



You should be interested and have the desire to work in the retail industry and have a minimum of 1 year of sales experience (ideally, but not necessarily within the retail industry). Also, you should be able to address queries, questions, and customer requests via calls, emails, or visits and be able to report the results.

We are not necessarily looking for someone that is highly experienced, we are willing to offer training and development to a person that has good attitude, good work ethic and is looking to develop themselves. With us being a growing company, there will be plenty of opportunity to develop and find your niche of interest where you can grow within the business.

An interest in interior design and decoration is highly advantageous.

The role itself revolves around helping our clients (architects/designers/professionals) and end-users with the right product and sales information so they can make the right decisions then reporting about it via our office systems and verbally.

We're

looking for people with a self-starter mentality, articulate and communicative, confident and driven, ambitious people who are living in London

and would be willing to train them in the field how to be part of a success story and how to improve their position and the company on a daily basis.

Your Key Responsibilities are:



- Being in charge of your daily tasks, organising yourself

- Being familiar with our product selection, able to communicate technical and design aspects

- Deal with new and existing clients in person, over the phone, or via email.

- Execute successful customer service strategies
