We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for customer service and a keen interest in learning or earning their way through Sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in representing high valued clients residentially by providing exceptional service and great product knowledge.

Duties

Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. Assist in giving best efforts to ensure products/services are sold correctly and effectively. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale. Upsell products by identifying opportunities to enhance customer purchases. Provide excellent etiquette when responding to customer inquiries Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Skills

Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus. Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively. Multilingual or bilingual abilities will enhance your interactions with diverse customers, making you an asset to our team.
