Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service. Bilingual proficiency in English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Panjabi is highly desirable, enabling effective engagement with a diverse customer base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop sales techniques, enhance merchandising skills, and contribute to the overall success of our store.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance to enhance their shopping experience Engage in active upselling to promote products and maximise sales opportunities Maintain organised merchandise displays in line with company standards Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems while demonstrating professional phone etiquette Assist customers with product information, queries. Manage stock levels, organise stock replenishment, and ensure the sales floor remains tidy and inviting Support organisational tasks such as inventory checks and merchandising schedules Demonstrate excellent time management to ensure all duties are completed efficiently during shifts

Experience

Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided Multilingual skills, particularly fluency in English, Hindi are highly advantageous Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock counts Organisational skills to manage stock displays and maintain a clean sales environment Ability to demonstrate effective phone etiquette and professional demeanour at all times Knowledge of merchandising principles and upselling techniques is beneficial Proven time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy periods

Pay: 15,000.00-33,000.00 per year
