GEOX is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team in Westfield. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, maximising sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As the face of GEOX, you will engage with customers, maintain store standards, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Engage with customers to understand their needs and offer tailored recommendations. Achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment. Maintain store presentation, ensuring a clean and organised shop floor and stockroom. Work collaboratively with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Stay updated on current and upcoming product lines.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in fashion retail, ideally within footwear. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Confidence in engaging customers and driving sales. Ability to work flexibly, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Reliable, hardworking, and highly organised.
Dress Code - Full navy blue or full black outfit.
