We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Greenwich based residential office - one of our fastest growing sales operations by volume!



What this job involves

Leading and Managing the Sales Team

Providing leadership and direction to the Greenwich Estate Agency sales team, setting clear performance expectations and driving team achievement of sales targets and business objectives. Mentoring and developing junior sales staff, providing ongoing coaching, training and support to enhance their professional skills and career progression. Conducting regular team meetings, performance reviews and one-to-one sessions to ensure alignment with business goals and individual development plans. Fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture within the team while maintaining accountability for results and professional standards. Coordinating team schedules, assignments and territory management to optimize coverage and maximize sales opportunities across the Greenwich market.

Market Leadership and Business Development

Developing a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of the Greenwich market Staying current with available research and market predictions to provide informed guidance to clients throughout their property journey. Demonstrating initiative, forward-thinking approach and strong collaborative skills across the business while maintaining self-motivation and organizational excellence. Building strategic partnerships across departments and forging valuable relationships with local businesses, developers, and key market stakeholders with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Representing JLL as a consummate professional and brand ambassador at all times. Our market reputation drives repeat business, and consistency with transparency are fundamental to our team's success.

Client Relationship Management and Sales Excellence

Identifying and cultivating lasting relationships with investors, developers, vendors and prospective buyers to build a robust client network. Proactively sourcing and qualifying suitable buyers and vendors while creating meaningful professional relationships that generate ongoing opportunities. Managing offer negotiations promptly and professionally, followed by comprehensive written confirmation to all parties involved. Coordinating and overseeing the entire sales process from initial inquiry through completion, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional client experience. Maintaining clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders and managing the sales process with efficiency and attention to detail.

Business Operations and Growth

Identifying new opportunities for revenue generation and business development within the Greenwich market.

Demonstrating excellent time management and diary organization

Monitoring competitor activities and market positioning to maintain competitive advantage and market awareness. Contributing as a collaborative team player, supporting office operations including website updates, property particular maintenance, and administrative tasks as needed. Maintaining high standards of computer literacy with emphasis on data accuracy and system integrity. Understanding JLL's organizational structure, company philosophy, and mission to effectively represent our values and objectives.

Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a sales team to achieve exceptional results. Experience in residential sales with demonstrated success in property transactions or delivering exceptional customer service standards. Strong track record of successful sales achievements, team management and client satisfaction. Excellent ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships built on trust and professional excellence. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with confidence in client-facing and team leadership situations. Proactive mindset with lateral thinking abilities, leveraging experience and qualifications to drive both individual and team results. Strong coaching and mentoring skills with experience in staff development and performance management.
