We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our new office in Luton. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for closing sales deals. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, providing exceptional customer experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our business. Role is mainly office based in Luton, however it may require travelling to see business clients accross the country.
Responsibilities
Business to business tele-calling, generating interest in our products and services
Engage with customers to understand their preferences and provide tailored recommendations.
Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits.
Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience.
Maintain day-to-day KPI including number of outbound calls, quotations, zoom calls, follow ups
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Process applications using company's internal CRM
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of service.
Requirements
Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual abilities, particularly in Urdu/Hindi, are highly desirable.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy outbound B2B calling environment.
Basic maths skills for calculating our charges whilst with the potential client on the phone or face to face.
Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries.
Previous experience in B2B or sales is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is key.
A friendly demeanour with a genuine interest in helping customers find the right products.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
