Entry-Level Sales Associate

As part of our

sales development team

, you'll receive full training, hands-on support, and real responsibility from day one. You'll help identify new business opportunities, support client relationships, and learn how to manage the full sales cycle -- all while working alongside experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing and expanding client accounts Generate and qualify leads through outreach and research Support senior team members in presenting solutions to prospective clients Help increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling existing services Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system Attend regular sales training sessions and mentorship meetings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ambition to learn and grow within a sales team Ability to work towards targets and KPIs High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills A positive attitude and proactive approach Education to degree level or equivalent experience is a plus, but not required
