Job Title: Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Learn about the Luxury Travel Industry & Travel Agents
- Do administrative tasks, email marketing, communication with the hotels etc.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Manage Social Media
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and promotions of hotels.
- Do online training for travel agents
- Do occasional trips to the hotels in the Caribbean, Europe accompanying travel agents
- Visit Travel agencies throughout the uk ( travel, hotels, meals paid for) and update travel agents on the hotels.

Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing sales transactions
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings.
- Must love the Travel Industry
