Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current merchandise.
Assist with store maintenance, including merchandising and display arrangements.
Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment.
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
Handle customer concerns and queries professionally.
Work collaboratively with team members.
Cash opening and closes
Qualifications:
Be a good team player
Strong verbal communication skills and active listening to build relationships with others
Open to learning and developing new skills; able to understand and analyse new information and concepts
Able to juggle priorities with flexibility and adaptability in daily tasks and duties
