JOTT are looking to recruit a Sales Associate for their store in Battersea Power Station.

Part time: 2 days

Hours: 14 hours per week

As a Sales Associate at JOTT, you play a key role in translating our brand DNA and our Story to our customers. You are the voice of JOTT and a true ambassador of the company, our products, values and our culture.

Under the leadership of the store management team, you will provide a high-quality service to our customers whilst maintaining the store in the best conditions and participate to store operations.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP & SALES

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.


Take care of customers with enthusiasm and authenticity to retain them and grow the database.


Know perfectly the product offer, their features and benefits in order to propose a relevant selection of items adapted to each customer.


Provide thorough after sales service to clients i.e. follow through on alterations/sends, and written/telephonic correspondence regarding specific wishes, new deliveries, service/merchandise satisfaction, etc.


Assist with telephone enquiries and follow through thoroughly.


As a digital ambassador, use the tools provided to offer a seamless & personalized shopping experience (clientele) to your customers and increase the omnichannel performances of the store.


Achieve turnover and KPIs set by the company.
