Deliver an extraordinary customer experience to drive sales Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent customer service Provide product and customer feedback to managers

Provide a welcoming and elevated experience Embody the Ralph Lauren values and spirit Demonstrate a customer-first culture

Operations

Use the Ralph Lauren store systems and procedures to enhance selling efficiencies and to build the customer data-base Maintain established operational and merchandising store standards Store maintenance
