We're looking for 2 x

Sales Associates

to join our Advertising & Features department. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about fashion and brand partnerships, with an instinct for spotting emerging designers and trends.

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting the commercial team, identifying new brand opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the delivery of bespoke advertising and editorial features.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Advertising & Features team in securing new brand partnerships and sponsored editorial opportunities. Research and identify emerging fashion brands, designers, and labels suitable for The Waudience and content. Assist with outbound sales communications, client outreach, and proposal development. Maintain and update the brand and advertiser database, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Contribute to the planning of editorial features, brand spotlight initiatives, and commercial packages. Attend industry events, trade shows, and launches (where applicable) to network and stay ahead of emerging trends. Provide administrative and project management support on advertising campaigns and brand features.

About You:

Strong interest in fashion and emerging designer culture. Previous experience in a fashion environment (editorial, PR, retail, showroom, or agency) is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -- both written and verbal. A keen eye for identifying up-and-coming brands and market trends. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive. Commercially aware with a desire to grow within fashion media sales and partnerships. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12.22-13.54 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
