We are a growing Sheffield-based company committed to helping consumers save money on their household utility bills. With the rising cost of living, we believe everyone deserves access to simple, clear advice that can lead to real savings.
Our mission is to provide face-to-face support to residents by guiding them through better options for their energy, broadband, and related services -- always with honesty and customer care at the centre of what we do.
The Role
As an In-Person Utilities Consultant, you will speak directly with members of the public to offer tailored, cost-saving solutions for household utilities. You'll explain how switching providers or plans can result in lower monthly bills, and assist them through the decision-making process.
This is a face-to-face role, not office-based or remote. You'll work in local neighbourhoods, community venues, events, or high-footfall areas, engaging with people in person to provide real value and support.

Carry out simple usage checks and guide customers through more cost-effective options

Handle objections professionally and answer any questions with patience and clarity

Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, confident manner
Comfortable approaching and speaking with members of the public
