We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at 0.0 Associates LTD. As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibilities will include initiating sales processes, offering suitable customer solutions, and maintaining customer satisfaction. You are anticipated to serve customers in a way that enhances the company's image, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
Responsibilities:

• Establishing customer relationships and following up on sales opportunities.
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress.
• Providing exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and solutions to customers to achieve maximum sales.
• Maintaining high merchandising values by following company guidelines and assisting in changes and rearrangements as necessary within the product.
• Engage actively in the identification of business risks and development of appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Maintaining knowledge of competitor products and identify and report intelligence on competitor pricing or marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

• No experience needed - training is provided
• Experience in sales is appreciated but not necessary, training will be provided.
• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics will bean asset.
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work well under deadlines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, take initiative, and work efficiently under minimal supervision.
