to work closely with our Senior Business Development Manager and Co-Founders to help drive growth across our group of property businesses.

What You'll Be Doing:



Sales Support & Lead Generation



Research and prospect potential new clients, including landlords, property owners, serviced accommodation providers, and hotel owners. Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media) to generate leads and build new relationships. Qualify inbound leads from platforms like Facebook, email, and web inquiries. Set up discovery calls and meetings for the Senior Business Development Manager and Chief Brand Officer. Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.

Networking & Outreach



Attend industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to connect with potential partners and clients. Represent our brands at local business events and expos. Conduct social media outreach, including sending direct messages and interacting with potential clients on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

Client-Facing Support



Attend property viewings to assess suitability for serviced accommodation. Conduct basic financial projections on properties to support decision-making (we'll teach you how to do this). Assist in identifying and evaluating partnership opportunities with other accommodation providers or agents.

Administration & Process



Keep accurate records of prospects and leads using our CRM and internal systems. Help prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for meetings. Maintain smooth communication across the team using Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace.

You can keep on top of multiple leads and follow-ups at once.

You're curious about how property works, how deals are done, and you want to help make things happen.

You don't wait to be told--you take action.

Driver with Access to a Car:

Property viewings, networking events, and occasional travel are part of the role.

Office-Based:

You'll be working in our Slough office 5 days a week, collaborating closely with the team.
