Key duties and responsibilities
Provide an excellent sales service to customers ensuring service levels and sales targets are achieved
Develop thorough product knowledge in order to identify specific features relevant to the customer experience
Ensure products are presented and promoted attractively
Support your management team to drive store sales, maximise profitability, and achieve KPI targets
Maintain stock levels and stock rotation
Receive and accurately record stock deliveries
Assisting with opening and closing procedures
Cash handling including reconciliation and recording
Picking and packing online orders
Cleaning and housekeeping duties
Any other duties that may be required
