We are looking for a part-time Sales Associate to join our successful sales team, working 2 days per week, including Saturdays. Our clients are at the heart of what we do at Lorfords Antiques and providing a first-class shopping experience and exceptional service to visitors is paramount.
We are looking for someone who can take initiative in sales, build relationships, and maintain a professional attitude befitting a luxury retailer.
Key Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with customers and our dealers
Operating the card machine and carrying out transactions using our online stock management system
Being an ambassador of the company, conducting yourself with the utmost professionalism at all times
To enable the successful candidate to deliver outstanding service, full training in our stock management systems and company processes will be provided.
About You:
You will have:
Exemplary customer service skills and an understanding of luxury retail
Confidence in handling high-value items and interacting with VIP clients
Previous experience within a fast-paced, customer facing environment
An interest in antiques and interior design
Confidence in using ICT systems
Rate of pay for this position is 105 per day.
