Overview
Are you passionate about natural hair and curly hair products? Do you have strong communication skills and a knack for building relationships with customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! We are seeking a Full-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our Westfield London Kiosk in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales at our kisok.

Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Recommend products based on customer requirements
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a tidy and organised sales floor
- Assist in restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels

Requirements
- Passion for natural hair and curly hair products
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, empathy, and an outgoing personality
- Grit and determination to excel in a fast-paced retail environment
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Proficient in basic maths for handling transactions
- Fluent in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide outstanding service
- Bilingual capabilities are advantageous
- Good time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 12.25 per hour
