Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Provide exceptional customer service and personalized shopping experiences
Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current merchandise
Assist with store maintenance, including merchandising and display arrangements
Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe store environment
Handle customer concerns and returns professionally
Work collaboratively with team members
