We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our growing team in Bicester Village - someone who is naturally customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, premium retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, personalised service to a diverse and international clientele
- Develop deep product knowledge to support confident styling and selling
- Assist with store operations including stock management, replenishment, and visual merchandising
- Support daily store functions, including transactions and opening/closing duties
- Contribute to team performance and uphold brand standards at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Previous customer-facing experience, ideally in premium or luxury retail
- A proactive, responsible, and adaptable approach to work
- Strong communication skills and a warm, confident manner
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
