As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Business Analyst to join our commercial team and help drive our business forward.
About the Role
As a Sales & Business Analyst, you will enable our commercial team to make faster, smarter data-driven decisions. More than just providing numbers, you will act as a business partner -- helping colleagues get the most out of our tools and data, and ensuring insights translate into impactful actions.
Ready to turn data into decisions? In this role, you will:
Partner with the department head, sales, marketing and product teams to leverage reporting tools and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making
Support, monitor and maintain price bands and seasonal price calculators
Develop quantitative analysis to provide actionable insights
Define, monitor, and report on KPIs to guide business performance
Develop sales and market intelligence by collecting, analyzing, and reporting sales and market data, such as sell-in or sell-out, competitor price scraping and channel tools
Create and manage forecasts, track product availability, and support assortment decisions
Support the launch of new products by consolidating and analyzing orders, and tracking performance of new introductions
Improve business processes and implement best practices across analytics and operations
Who You Are
University degree in Business, Economics, or related field
Experienced in working with data, with strong Excel skills
Strong communicator, able to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Dynamic, proactive, and collaborative -- a true self-starter with a can-do attitude
Comfortable in a full time office environment and confident partnering with cross-functional teams
