Tony's Delight UK Ltd. is part of a rapidly expanding European food import & wholesale group with established operations in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and India. As we build our UK division, we are seeking a

high-calibre Sales & Business Development Executive

to represent our brand, acquire new customers, and drive market expansion.

This role is designed for ambitious individuals with strong sales instincts, confidence, and a professional presence. You will become one of the

key commercial faces of our UK business

Role Overview



A hybrid role combining

field sales

,

in-person client acquisition

, and

home-office sales operations

, with occasional support in warehouse/delivery tasks during the early growth phase.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development (Primary Focus)



Conduct regular

field sales visits

to retailers, wholesalers, restaurants, and HORECA clients. Acquire new B2B customers through confident, strategic, and persuasive sales efforts. Present products professionally during face-to-face meetings and build long-term partnerships. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and listing agreements. Promote key product categories and expand market reach across the UK. Achieve sales targets with a strong growth mindset and consistent execution.

Account Management



Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business. Manage key accounts, understand their needs, and propose targeted product solutions. Use CRM, AI tools, and analytics to track customer behaviour and forecast sales.

Business Support (Initial Phase Only)



Assist with urgent deliveries, product samples, or operational tasks when required. Coordinate with warehouse teams in the UK, Switzerland, and the Netherlands. Support inventory planning, documentation, and administrative tasks as needed.

Experience & SkillsEssential



Strong sales capability with confidence in face-to-face interactions. Professional appearance and excellent communication skills. Valid driving licence (comfortable with vans/company vehicles). Ability to work independently, meet targets, and represent the company professionally.

Preferred



Experience in B2B sales, FMCG, wholesale, or hospitality supply. Knowledge of AI tools, automation, CRM systems, and business software. Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, or product listing.

Advantages



Indian languages such as

Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu, Punjabi

, etc. Business or Marketing degree, MBA, or international business exposure.

Confident, polished, and able to build trust quickly. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Smart, presentable appearance suitable for representing the company at client visits. Energetic, motivated, and target-driven. Ambitious with a desire to grow into senior leadership roles (Sales Manager / Country Manager).
