THE ROLE



As a

Sales and Business Development Manager

, you will report directly to the Service Centre Owner and be responsible for:

Professionally managing face-to-face, phone, and online inquiries. Providing appropriate logistics solutions and accurate pricing. Following Pack & Send systems to achieve sales targets. Delivering exceptional customer service. Supporting marketing initiatives, including: Preparing the annual marketing plan. Organizing and executing monthly sales and marketing activities. Building and maintaining prospective customer lists. Conducting customer visits and calls. Using approved marketing materials exclusively.

KEY SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES



While prior experience in logistics isn't essential, candidates should have proven sales and business development expertise and demonstrate the following:

A strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. A drive to achieve and exceed sales targets. A proactive "Can Do" attitude. Excellent communication and telephone skills. Proficiency in computer use. A confident, self-motivated, organized, and professional approach.

TRAINING



The successful candidate will:

Complete the PACK & SEND Induction Program. Undertake ongoing, on-the-job training as required.
