What You'll Do

Finance & Deal Management



Submit and manage finance proposals with a panel of lenders. Structure deals that balance customer needs, compliance, and profitability. Ensure all finance activity meets FCA, Consumer Duty, and SAF standards.

Lead Management & Sales Progression



Drive speed of action on all enquiries, ensuring leads are qualified quickly and effectively. Monitor and improve conversion rates:

lead ? test drive ? sale ? delivery.

Ensure consistent first-facing and second-facing customer engagement. Guarantee every customer receives a clear and professional purchase options presentation. Manage sales team diaries so no opportunity is ever missed.

Customer Experience & Handover



Oversee collections and handovers, ensuring vehicles are fully prepared and meet expectations. Champion a culture of exceeding customer expectations at every stage.

Team & Showroom Leadership



Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team daily. Set the standard in professionalism, compliance, and performance. Take full responsibility for showroom and forecourt presentation, delivering outstanding first impressions.
About You

Minimum

2 years' experience

as a Business Manager, Car Finance Executive, or similar role. Strong knowledge of HP, PCP, deal structuring, and multi-lender systems. SAF accreditation (current or willing to renew). Excellent understanding of FCA compliance, TCF, and Consumer Duty. Proven ability to sell finance and add-on products compliantly. Inspirational leader with the ability to coach and develop others. Organised, driven, and customer-focused, with exceptional interpersonal skills.
