Location:

Europe - This role will be based at one of our offices in either

Bristol, Manchester or Aberdeen (UK), Rotterdam (Netherlands),

or

Malmo or Stockholm (Sweden).

The Role




We're seeking a results-driven

Sales & Client Solutions Lead t

o grow our Nuclear services business across Europe. As a key revenue generator, you'll identify and secure new business opportunities while deepening relationships with existing clients, with particular focus on emerging technologies and diverse nuclear applications.


Key Responsibilities




Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with traditional nuclear operators, regulators, and suppliers. Develop strategic approaches to penetrate the growing Small Modular Reactor (SMR) market, positioning Vysus as a key technical partner in this expanding sector. Explore and capture opportunities within medical and research facilities utilising nuclear technology. Develop and execute sales strategies that deliver profitable growth across all nuclear applications. Build relationships with decision-makers across the broad nuclear sector. Work closely with technical teams to craft compelling proposals and solutions. Meet and exceed revenue targets as an individual contributor. Stay informed of market trends, competitor activities, regulatory developments, and technological innovations in nuclear power generation.

Requirements




Proven track record in B2B technical sales, preferably in the nuclear or adjacent industries. Understanding of nuclear power plant operations, nuclear safety principles, and regulatory frameworks. Knowledge of emerging nuclear technologies, particularly Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) and their market potential. Awareness of nuclear applications in medical and research settings and their specific requirements. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities. Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts for varied audiences. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunger for business development. Willingness to travel across Europe as required. Estimated travel is approximately 30% annually (equivalent to around 30-50 days per year), depending on your location and the needs of the project.
