The Great Shutter Co. Ltd is a friendly, independent family-owned business based just outside Winchester in Itchen Abbas. This growing business is currently looking for a friendly, hardworking, well-presented individual with a great telephone manner to take calls, make appointments, provide accurate quotes, close sales opportunities, and a number of administrative tasks. The ability to plan logically, multi-task and learn quickly are key. As a small business we require a true team player with a strong work ethic, and commitment to high levels of customer service.
There is scope to grow into a more senior role within the business for the right candidate.
The role will be 40 hours per week spread over 5 days. The role is office based, with occasional flexibility to work from home.
Duties include:
Phone Answering & Query Handling
Appointment Booking
Closing sales post quote
Installation Planning & Managing Diaries
Dealing With Prospective and Existing Clients Face To Face In Showroom Setting
Post Installation Administration
Quoting & Invoicing
Billing
Social Media Posting
General Administrative Duties.
Managing warehouse, overseeing deliveries and collections.
Dealing with suppliers.
Skills required:
CRM experience - e.g. Zoho, Salesforce (ideal but not essential)
Email and G Suite
Google calendar
Excel
Xero accounting software (ideal but not essential)
