Strong sales background needed and experience. Good organisational and housekeeping, merchandising skills are also a requirement.

To work with the team to ensure that the store trades as a model example of a Regenerate store
To meet and greet customers, identify their needs, and satisfy those needs as profitably as possible.
Listing products for our online sales
To cross-promote and communicate the different services available to all customers.
To maintain high standards of merchandising, display and housekeeping in the store.
To ensure that the work area is kept clear and well presented at all times.
To ensure that legislative standards are met, including Health & Safety and, wherever appropriate, Money Laundering Compliance
To ensure the security and safety of all stock, staff and cash within the store at all times, and report any suspicious incidents to senior staff.
Within this role the successful will learn all aspects of the business from buying in items on our buying counter, cheque cashing, processing currency and working the sales floor. There will be lots of opportunity to develop within the team and no two days are ever the same.
This role involves a bonus which the successful candidate will be part of as well as in house weekly incentives.
