to help us expand our client base across consumer, technology, automotive, and lifestyle sectors. This is a

performance-led opportunity,

ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, thrives on results, and wants to work with a credible creative brand.

The Role



Identify, approach, and convert new brand clients who could benefit from product placement exposure. Manage outreach, build relationships, and close deals with clear commercial outcomes. Present opportunities using PWG's brand decks and strategy frameworks. Maintain lead tracking and provide weekly pipeline updates. Collaborate directly with the company director to refine offers and messaging.

Attractive commission structure

(10-20%, uncapped) based on revenue generated.

Small retainer

available once performance milestones are met (for example, three new clients closed). Established brand reputation, operational support, and creative delivery team. Flexible working - part-time, freelance, or complementary to other contracts. Long-term growth potential into a Commercial Lead role.

Professional Standards



To protect client relationships and ensure confidentiality, the

successful candidate will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure & Non-Circumvention Agreement (NDNCA)

before accessing any PWG client lists, contacts, or brand materials.

This agreement ensures all business generated through PWG remains protected, reflecting standard practice across the media and entertainment industry.

Ideal Candidate



Proven track record in

sales, brand partnerships, sponsorships, or media marketing

. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Confident in approaching senior decision-makers in marketing or PR. Professional, reliable, and results-focused. Able to work independently while maintaining accountability.
