About the Role
We're looking for a driven, people-focused Sales Consultant to join our Fareham team. You'll be working exclusively with
warm leads
- no cold calling - helping small business owners choose the right accounting package for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Engage with warm inbound and referred leads, guiding them from first conversation to signed agreement.
Build strong relationships by understanding each prospect's needs and challenges.
Clearly present our services, handle objections, and close deals confidently.
Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM.
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth client transition.
What We're Looking For
Proven success in a
short sales cycle
or fast-paced sales environment.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Confidence in closing deals over the phone and face-to-face.
Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude.
Ability to adapt your style to different customer personalities and situations.
