Sales Negotiator and Valuations

Salary;

25,000 - 28,000 BASIC

OTE;

45,000 +

5 DAY WEEK



Your Responsibilities as a Sales Negotiator and Valuations:



As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for qualifying applicants, identifying their needs, showcasing suitable properties, and negotiating offers. You will also be tasked with conducting valuations and winning stock.

Your Skills and Experience:



You have a demonstrable track record of success within residential property sales and valuations. You are target driven and have consistently met/exceeded KPIs (calls, viewings, offers and sales). You have a strong understanding of the sales process and current legislation. You have a comprehensive understanding of the London property market. You are proactive and tenacious. You hold a valid driving licence AND OWN A CAR

Pay: 25,000.00-45,000.00 per year
