Sales Executive (B2B)
Location: Wrotham
Salary: 25,500 + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Interviews: Arranged Immediately

You'll receive full training, mentoring from an experienced manager, and ongoing support to help you succeed. All successful candidates will join on the same day, sharing a structured training program and learning alongside your peers.
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to new and existing clients to promote products and services.

• Build and maintain relationships over the phone, building trust and credibility.

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, generating leads for the business.

• Consistently achieve and exceed targets.

• Keep accurate records of all sales activity and client interactions on the CRM.

About You:

• Enthusiastic, motivated, and target-driven with a hunger for success.

• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication skills.

• Previous telesales or B2B experience is essential

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your own pipeline.
