About this role:
We are looking for a full time luxury Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our successful sales team based in Birmingham's famous Jewellery Quarter.

How you'll contribute:
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our jewellery collection, including the materials, design details, and craftsmanship that sets us apart.
Proactively meet and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining a consultative and customer-centric approach.
Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, ensuring that each interaction leaves a lasting positive impression.
Work closely with team members and other departments to share insights, contribute to visual merchandising efforts, and collectively enhance the overall customer experience within the store.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in luxury retail, preferably in the jewellery sector, with a proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Experience liaising with high-end clientele is advantageous
Confident telephone manner
Problem solving: employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
A proactive and results-driven attitude, combined with a genuine desire to exceed customer expectations.
