The Role:

As a

Sales Consultant

, you'll be a key part of our customer's jewellery journey, providing expert guidance to help them find their perfect piece. You'll offer a

highly personal and consultative approach

, ensuring a

first-class experience

from start to finish.

Provide expert advice on our vast jewellery collection, including engagement rings, diamonds, and bespoke designs. Offer a

consultative, non-pushy

sales approach to build long-term customer relationships. Work closely with customers to design and create bespoke pieces. Maintain the

luxury presentation

of our showroom. Engage with customers via phone, email, and in-store visits to drive sales. Work alongside management to exceed sales targets and provide outstanding customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Passionate about jewellery

Knowledgeable

in diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.

Confident communicator

with excellent verbal and written skills.
? A natural

relationship-builder

who enjoys a consultative sales approach.
? Ability to

exceed sales targets

while maintaining integrity and professionalism.
? Organised, IT-literate, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Retail sales experience in luxury jewellery is highly desirable.
