Duties

Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to maximise customer understanding and interest. Maintain detailed records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress using our CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing brand awareness and customer engagement. Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. Provide after-sales support to ensure ongoing client retention and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors' activities, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills



Proven experience in sales or customer service roles is desirable but not essential; a proactive attitude is key. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. Ability to understand technical or complex information and convey it in an accessible manner. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and resilience in facing challenges. Proficiency in using CRM software or other sales tools is advantageous. A professional appearance and positive attitude are essential for representing our organisation effectively. Pay: 15,000.00-60,000.00 per year
