The Role:


We're looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to become the driving force behind our patient enquiries. In this role, you'll play a vital part in converting incoming leads into booked appointments, whilst also re-engaging past prospects. You'll manage both inbound and outbound communications, combining warmth and professionalism with a focus on results.

Key Responsibilities:



Actively reach out to new enquiries to secure consultation bookings Follow up with leads who didn't book initially through phone, email or text Respond to incoming calls from prospective patients and guide them through the process Reconnect with past leads to spark renewed interest and drive bookings Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions via our CRM system Work alongside our reception and clinical teams to coordinate appointment schedules seamlessly Share ideas and suggestions to improve the lead conversion process Represent our practice with pride, always upholding our brand's high standards

About You:



Previous experience in sales lead conversion role - dental or healthcare background is a bonus but not essential Excellent communication skills with a friendly, confident telephone manner Highly organised with strong follow-up skills - you never leave a lead behind Target-driven and motivated by achieving (and beating) goals Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRMs or lead management tools Resilient, enthusiastic and passionate about delivering excellent service
