As a Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and closing deals. You will undergo comprehensive training and receive a life-changing commission package.



Benefits:


Generous Basic Salary:

Starting at 30,000, increasing to 35,000 after probation and up to 45,000 as a senior.

Uncapped Commission:

Realistic OTE of 80,000, however our top performers are earning in excess of 130,000 per annum.

Early Friday Finish

: 2pm finish on a Friday once targets are hit.

Holidays:

24 days holiday + Bank Holidays which increases with longevity of service.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30-17:00 - no evenings or weekend work.

What we're looking for:


6 months' minimum experience in a sales role. Driven and motivated to go above and beyond set targets. Hardworking and resilient in the face of the challenges of a sales role. Influential, persuasive and a strong communicator. Positive and proactive attitude. Outgoing, fun and enjoys a high energy, fast-paced environment.
