About the Role:



We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. You'll be the face of our company, meeting customers in their homes or at our showroom, providing tailored advice, and closing sales with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their needs Provide expert advice on our full range of window products and services Prepare and follow up on quotations Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trends Represent the company professionally at all times

What We're Looking For:



Previous sales experience (ideally in home improvement or windows, but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a drive to succeed Full UK driving licence Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 12,500.00-100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

Commission pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus

Monday to Friday Weekend availability
